Weekend & public holiday loading

Saturday services are calculated at 150% of the weekday rate, Sunday services at 200%, and public holiday services at 250%. These loadings are Nyven Care service pricing multipliers and are not a NSW Government fixed price schedule.

Important information

Minimum service: a minimum service duration of 2 hours applies. Where a service is booked for less than 2 hours, a loading fee will be charged.
AT / HM fees: Assistive Technology administration is capped at 10% of the AT cost or $500, whichever is lower. Home Modifications coordination is capped at 15% of the HM cost or $1,500, whichever is lower. All AT-HM costs must be agreed with the participant and documented before purchase or works are confirmed.
Self-management / third-party overhead: an overhead surcharge of up to 10% of the actual cost of the third-party service or expense may apply where permitted under Support at Home. The overhead is included in the final service price.
Prices are shown per billable unit. Most services are billed by time; transport is per trip and meal delivery is per meal.
The above figures use the national median indicative prices in the October 2025 Australian Government summary and are provided as a draft pricing basis, not government price caps or recommended prices.
Weekend and public holiday rates are shown in this schedule. Other non-standard or after-hours services may be quoted and agreed with the participant before delivery.
Participant co-contributions depend on the service category and the participant's means assessment / status. Clinical care services do not attract participant co-contributions.
"By quote" services, including AT, home modifications, consumables and prescribed nutrition, will be priced and agreed with the participant before purchase or service delivery.
